Here are some fitness ideas that you can try at home.

Jumping Jacks
Do 20 jumping jacks 3 times.

Superman Stretches
Lay on your stomach and stretch you arms and legs
out without letting them touch the floor.


Jump Roping
Use your jump rope and count 20 jumps 3 times.  

Running in Place
Run in place or use a treadmill for 3 minutes. 

Bicycling
Lay on your back with your feet in the air and pretend to ride a bicycle upside-down.
Do this for 2 minutes.
